Absolutely. There is nothing linking our packages back to the sender. We do not include a packing slip, and the return address is one of our many P.O. boxes across the country. If you'd like the recipient to know the package is from you, then say so in the note.
We allow for custom digital notes to be attached to all orders. Notes containing hate, harassment, threats, accusations, or foul language will not be tolerated.
No. The recipient cannot read the note until the package is opened and the mess has been made!

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Yes, unless you order cards too. Our cards always ship separately with a stamp. If you'd like the other products to arrive separately, please place separate orders.
Items are shipped in 1-2 business days. Expedited Shipping arrives within 3 business days from shipping. USPS shipping arrives whenever USPS feels like delivering it. (normally a week, but sometimes they suck)
All orders, besides our envelopes, postcards, and cards are shipped with tracking information. Our envelopes are sent First Class with a stamp and are not trackable, however, they usually arrive within 3-10 business days from shipping.
Yes, we ship to all countries for a flat fee of $14 USD. Tracking is not available in a very small percentage of countries.
USPS does not often scan the shipment along the way. They are also prone to getting the expected delivery date wrong. Your order is still in transit and will be delivered soon. :)
